Factory Audits
Before you commit to volume, know what the factory can actually do. On-site capacity, real QMS, line-verified certifications, equipment age, and a clear proceed / conditions / walk-away recommendation.
What we assess on-site
- Production capacity and current utilisation (are they already maxed out on other clients?)
- Quality management systems — do they have real process control, or is QC one person with a clipboard?
- Certifications verified against the actual production line, not just paperwork on file
- Working conditions and compliance basics, relevant if your buyers care about ethical sourcing
- Equipment age and maintenance — a good sign of how seriously they reinvest
What you get
A capacity and risk report with a clear recommendation — proceed, proceed with conditions, or walk away — before you place the order that assumes they can deliver.
