What we check, and when
- Pre-production — raw materials, components, and specs confirmed against your approved sample before a single unit is made
- During production — mid-line checks on a running batch, catching drift early instead of finding it in the finished stock
- Pre-shipment — full AQL-based inspection (typically AQL 2.5 / 4.0 per ANSI / ASQ Z1.4, adjusted to your risk tolerance) covering function, appearance, packaging, and carton drop tests
- Photo and video reporting — every defect logged with location, severity, and image, delivered same-day so you can make a ship / hold / rework call without waiting
How we report
You get a clear pass / fail against your own spec sheet — not our opinion, your criteria. If it fails, we tell you exactly what's wrong, how bad it is, and what your realistic options are: sort, rework, partial ship, or hold. Typical turnaround: inspection booked within 48 hours of your production-ready date, report delivered same day.
